Terms of service
Last updated: 3 August 2026 · Applies to the GpuTps.com mobile app
By using the GpuTps.com app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
In short
The numbers are estimates with a stated range, not guarantees. Seller listings
link out to the sellers themselves — we are a directory and take no part in a
sale.
What the app does
The GpuTps.com app answers one question from either end: which language models a given graphics card can run, and which graphics cards can run a given model. It shows the memory each pairing needs, the quantisation it would use, and the tokens per second to expect.
Every figure is calculated on our servers and fetched on demand. The app performs no calculation of its own.
Estimates, not guarantees
Throughput figures, memory footprints and "what fits" answers are calculated estimates, not measurements of your hardware and software. The same card running the same model varies 30–50% between inference runtimes and between versions of one runtime, which is why every figure is published as a range rather than a single number.
Treat them as a guide to what is plausible. Do not treat any number in this app as a promise of performance, and do not make a purchase on the strength of one without checking the specification yourself.
No account, no obligations
The app has no sign-in and no account. There is nothing to register, nothing to pay for, and nothing to cancel. You may stop using it at any time by removing it.
Vendor listings
- Listings are published by the sellers themselves. They are responsible for their own pricing, condition, stock, delivery and for fulfilling any sale.
- GpuTps.com is a directory. Opening a listing takes you to that seller's own website, and any purchase, warranty, delivery or dispute is between you and them.
- We do not process payments and are not a party to any sale.
- We may remove a listing or a seller whose content is inaccurate, fraudulent or prohibited.
Acceptable use
Use the app as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, work around its limits, or extract the catalogue systematically.
Content and ownership
The app, its design and the calculation methodology behind its figures belong to GpuTps.com. Card and model specifications come from published datasets and remain the property of their sources.
Availability
The app depends on our servers, so it needs a connection to show anything. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GpuTps.com is not liable for decisions made, or losses incurred, on the basis of the estimates or listings it shows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms, and the date at the top of this page will say when it happened.
